1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Topic Gather Mats, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, please do not use our services.

2. Natural Product Variations

Because our products are crafted from natural hair-on-hide leather, sheepskin, and handwoven fibers, no two items are exactly alike. Variations in color, pattern, texture, and size are inherent to the natural materials and the artisanal process. These variations are not considered defects.

3. Purchases and Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Payment is required in full before bespoke or sourced items are shipped.

4. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Custom sourced mats are non-refundable.
